About the Position

As a personal assistant at 2U Assistans, you will become an important part of a 35-year-old woman's daily life. You create security, continuity, and a meaningful existence by supporting her in all aspects of her day. The work is performed independently and requires a responsible and committed person.

Job Responsibilities

The responsibilities include personal hygiene, assistance during meals, communication, social interactions, household chores, and activities. You will provide respectful and present support based on the user's needs and daily condition.

We are looking for someone who

We are looking for someone who is attentive and aware of the user's communication and needs, has a warm demeanor, and can create a sense of security. You should be engaged, responsible, and proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience in care and support or LSS is an advantage but not a requirement. Working hours vary, and you will work as needed – day, evening, night, and weekends. It is important that you enjoy being part of a team and can collaborate, but also feel confident taking responsibility when needed.

About the Employment

The position is a needs-based or hourly employment in Västerås. A criminal record check will be required for the position.
