Assistant Wanted at FMF Assistans

We are now looking for an assistant who is passionate about their profession and has a great understanding of everyone's right to a good life. We would like you to be a lively and engaged person with a twinkle in your eye.

With our client, the job requires you to have good physical condition, be able to follow instructions easily, and be self-sufficient. You will work in the home near his family, but you as an assistant team are expected to carry out the tasks independently. You will be offered friendly colleagues and an active client who truly appreciates their assistants. You will receive personalized introduction and training in all aspects of the client's care needs and routines.

The Role and Experience of the Assistant

We are looking for someone who is driven, structured, conscientious, and has a high work ethic. You need to be creative, and to fit this position, you must be able to communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written. The assistants in this group need to be attentive, stable, and have an understanding of the client's disabilities. We value personal maturity. Introduction and training take place at the workplace and within the company. The most important thing is that you and the client click with each other and have fun.

Desirable Experience and Requirements

• Requirement to master Swedish in spoken and written form.
• Requirement to be completely smoke-free.
• Requirement for a B driver's license, access to a personal car.
• Requirement to be able to swim.
• Experience working with younger children.
• Experience with TAKK sign communication.

Working Hours/ Employment Rate

• Hourly – extra as needed during regular assistant's sick leave and vacation.
• Shifts are scheduled over all hours of the day.
• Weekdays and weekends.

We apply salary according to Fremia. Collective agreement. We offer training and wellness programs.
