About the Position

As a personal assistant, you are the customer's extended arm in everyday life. You support with what is needed for life to work – in the customer's way.

• Assist with personal care, transfers, and daily chores
• Accompany on activities, errands, and social contexts
• Create structure and security in everyday life according to the implementation plan
• Collaborate closely with the customer, relatives, and colleagues
• Document briefly according to routines
• Contribute to a calm, respectful, and simultaneously positive atmosphere in the home

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a young woman aged 20-35 with a driver's license who is confident, attentive, and enjoys taking responsibility – and who can offer a smile even on a Monday morning.

• Preferably experience in personal assistance.
• You speak and write Swedish fluently
• You are reliable, punctual, and can work independently in someone else's home
• You have good collaboration skills and thrive in a role where the customer's needs are always at the center
• You are comfortable with both calm days and days where everything happens at once

Formal education in care is a plus, but we know that the right personality is often the most important.

Working Hours and Employment Conditions

• Hourly employment according to the collective agreement for personal assistance
• Possibility of a permanent position or fixed schedule over time
• Day, evening, Monday to Friday, weekend shifts may occur – we plan together according to the needs of the business
• Introduction with the customer and paid training in the tasks
