About the position

We at Olivia are looking for someone who wants to work extra as a relief worker for our clients in Västerås.

The working hours vary according to the client's needs. This is a side job, and we cannot offer a full-time position.

As a relief worker, you will provide support to the individual both at home and in the local area, as well as during various activities that contribute to joyful, rewarding, and developmental moments for the person.

About you

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. Furthermore, you should be attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged, as personal suitability is of great importance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working within LSS

• Previous work with LAB (Low Affective Approach) and/or TAKK (Signs as Alternative and Complementary Communication).

• Previous experience handling outwardly aggressive behavior.

Employment rate: 8-20 hours per month, 3 positions.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

Due to the nature of the job, which may involve working alone, night shifts, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you wish to work with children and young people under 18, you need to present an extract from the criminal record. It is important that the extracts are ordered in good time, as the processing time by the police may vary. Due to a legal change from March 1, 2026, the record check will be expanded to include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register.
