In daily activities, we work based on the decision granted to the individual by the caseworker. The goal of daily activities is to offer meaningful employment. The implementation plan outlines the support the individual needs. Ongoing documentation is an important part of the tasks. As an overarching goal within daily activities, we want to provide the individual with increased opportunities to move, both indoors and outdoors. The target group is adults with Autism/ID (intellectual disabilities).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

All work within LSS should be based on the individual user's conditions and aim to maintain/develop the user's skills and opportunities to participate in their everyday life and leisure. The goal is for the individual to have the opportunity to live like others. We work with the user in focus and provide individually tailored support and approach, characterized by respect, engagement, and curiosity.

If you want to work within LSS, you should be secure in yourself, have a clear way of expressing yourself, be patient, flexible, responsible, and attentive to the user's needs. You need to be able to read the situation you are in and adjust your way of communicating and acting based on the user you meet.

The operations will be based on the individual's needs. Activities and tasks are planned and carried out together with participants to promote participation.

We are looking for a work supervisor for our care and support crisis/emergency warehouse. The assignment involves practical warehouse work, turnover, and material flows. The work also includes inventory, ordering, material registration, and warehouse management in digital systems.

You will supervise and work together with employees on tasks such as picking, packing, sorting, light loading, and deliveries to various operations with a smaller bus.

QUALIFICATIONS

Child and youth program or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. Good physical condition is required as the work involves standing, walking, and light lifting.

• Experience working with individuals with ID/Autism.
• Experience in warehouse work, material flows, and handling pallet trucks.
• Due to the requirement for social documentation, you need to have good computer skills and the ability to express yourself clearly and accurately in writing in Swedish.
• Driver's license and experience driving smaller buses.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and responsible.
• Good teamwork skills and confidence in supervising others.
• Ability to create a clear and safe working environment that promotes participation and development.
