We at Team Aron Assistans are looking for a Personal Assistant for a young man living in southern Stockholm and working in Köping.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, between 07:30 - 16:30 with reservations for train delays. This applies for 2 weeks/month, approximately 11 shifts, about 100 hours/month.

The client you will be working with is named Janne, and he places great importance on your personal suitability as an individual. Therefore, making a good first impression is crucial. Janne is highly involved in the recruitment of his staff and will have the final say.

Requirements and Preferred Qualities:

• You should have a broad understanding that the work is highly situational and be able to adapt to the circumstances of the day. Be attentive and meticulous, and have the ability to plan.
• Good energy and strong communication skills. It should be fun to come to work, and you should feel that you are making someone else's day better with your presence. Remember that you are working with another person, and you both need to be a good fit for each other. He also wants to enjoy working with you.
• Previous experience is a significant advantage. The role of Personal Assistant is not for everyone, and since recruitment needs to happen as soon as possible, it is beneficial to have prior experience in healthcare and know what it means to work as a personal assistant. Common tasks such as bathroom visits, assistance, dressing/undressing, etc., are frequently required.
• Be healthy and fit. You should be able to handle a fast pace when needed and be stable when assisting with transfers and physical strain. Janne aims to train and will use his wellness time for walks and other activities.
