About the Job

We are currently looking for an assistant to work as a substitute for a woman with a brain injury. You who are applying for the job must be a stress-resistant person who is calm and can handle various situations in a good way.

You always put the individual and the assignment first. You should have a pedagogical and motivating approach and the ability to create good relationships.

Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form is required as documentation is a mandatory part of the job.

We would prefer that you have experience with assistive devices as there are floor lifts and wheelchairs, etc.

The person you will be working with has a brain injury that makes her paralyzed and has reduced mobility in everything except her head and right arm. The person is verbal and can communicate. The work is located in Kolsva. You should be able to work during the day, evening, and night. This also applies to weekends.

You will help with everything in daily life and be there to facilitate and assist. The person in question is verbal and communicates herself. You will learn routines during training and then be able to work independently.
