As a personal assistant, you work with a person with a disability. You help with the everyday tasks that many take for granted, such as dressing, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a significant difference and help another person's daily life function.

We have clients of different ages and with various disabilities. Your workplace is where the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day to help a person live their life as they wish is, in our opinion, the world's most important job.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be the assistant we are looking for.

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.

• be able to understand and make yourself understood in Swedish.

• be able to work flexible hours - days, evenings, and weekends. Some of our positions also require you to work nights.

• have experience in care and assistance. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).

• be at least 18 years old.

Employment type: Summer temporary position

Scope: Full-time, part-time, or hourly employment

Start date: June, July, and August 2026

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
