Preschool Assistants Wanted in Arboga Municipality

We are now looking for experienced, committed, and proactive preschool assistants for temporary positions in the preschools of Arboga municipality. The positions are for covering the absence of regular staff at our various preschools. Do you want to help create stability and security for our children? Then this might be the job for you!

You will have a base placement at one of our preschools, but may work at other units as needed. In the role of preschool assistant, you are an important part of the operation and contribute to the safety and stability for the children. Together with the team, you are involved in driving the operation and always prioritize the children's best interests.

Responsibilities

• Build a rich and safe environment together with other educators, always focusing on the children.
• Work from a holistic perspective on the child's needs where care, development, and learning form a whole.
• Participate in the team’s distribution of tasks based on respective professions.

Qualifications

You should have a preschool assistant degree from the Child and Leisure Program or another education that the employer deems equivalent. Previous work experience in preschools is an advantage. As a person, you should have good collaboration skills, be flexible, and actively work with your colleagues to make the operation safe, educational, developing, and exciting for our children. Good IT skills are required.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Conditions

The positions are part-time or full-time, temporary, 75% - 100%

Start date by agreement until 2026-06-30
