We offer you collegial support in your daily work and close leadership from team leaders and unit managers.

As a person, you are skilled at building relationships and trust with the people you meet. You have knowledge of prominent risk and protective factors related to children and youth and their families. You are confident in assessing, guiding, and managing situations through a stable and secure approach. You can work flexibly and proactively, and we value knowledge of low-arousal responses. You have an empathetic ability and a desire to help and find solutions.
