This active young man is looking for someone with a lively and alert demeanor. Since a lot of activation is required, we are looking for a creative and active person who enjoys having something going on all the time. Movement, positivity, creativity, and joy are highly valued here. It is also important that you are a clear and confident person.
We prioritize individuals with previous experience/education in working with people on the autism spectrum.
He travels to his daily activities independently, so daytime work only occurs on free days or in case of illness. The work shifts are usually long and include active/inactive time. He lives at home with family/siblings. We are only looking for someone who can work flexibly every day of the week and at all hours of the day.
