About the Position

We are now looking for personal assistants for one of our male clients residing in Västerås.

Our client is a 67-year-old man who, after a severe stroke over 10 years ago, needs assistance in his daily life.

As a personal assistant, you will support the client in everything related to daily life, such as manual transfers, personal hygiene, household chores, and activities, both in and outside the home.

Details about the client's daily life that are important to follow:

• The client has aphasia and does not communicate verbally. He also has a very mild degree of epileptic irritation that occurs at most once a year.
• The client loves to keep up with the news, enjoys sports and nature programs. He appreciates pleasant company and good food (seafood is at the top of the list).
• Regular light exercise is important for his well-being.
• The partner does not work outside the home and is one of the assistants.

About You

The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships.

We are looking for a person who is:

• Social, confident, easy-going, and curious.
• Used to taking on significant responsibility.
• Patient.
• Preferably has a driver's license.
• Has a good sense of humor and a hearty laugh.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Finnish and/or Portuguese is a bonus.
• Flexible and willing to travel with our client.
• Preferably has previous experience in healthcare.
• Physically fit.

We place great importance on personal suitability and how you function in collaboration.

Working Hours and Employment Rate:

We are looking for a substitute. The shifts are primarily scheduled from 08:00 to 21:00.

Night shifts may occur upon request but are not scheduled. Travel with overnight stays may occur.
