Job Responsibilities

Within our operations, we work to support our users in their daily lives. Users should have influence, participation, and self-determination in their lives.

We provide this by offering individually tailored support, being attentive, interpreting and clarifying communication, and making life predictable through a conscious approach.

We work on a schedule with irregular working hours, including weekend shifts and sleeping on-call or awake night shifts.

Qualifications

You must be at least 18 years old.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You are calm, secure, and have an easy time collaborating with others. You should be responsible, flexible, and have an interest in providing support to people in their daily lives.

Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills.

A B driver's license is required for certain positions.

Meritorious:

• Ability to work the entire summer period from June to August.
• You are a trained support assistant, meaning you have completed the care and nursing program with a focus on disabilities or the child and leisure program with a focus on educational or social work.
• You have experience working with people with disabilities.
• You are planning to train in a healthcare profession.

Conditions

The positions are hourly paid temporary employment at varying times to cover our staffing needs, day, evening, weekend, and for certain positions also night or sleeping on-call at night.

Work Permit

To work in our operations, you must have the right to work in Sweden, either through Swedish citizenship or citizenship in an EU/EES country or Switzerland, alternatively, you have a valid residence permit and/or work permit or are exempt from the obligation to have a work permit. You must be able to prove this with valid documents.

Valid ID

Bring a valid ID to the interview (any of the following):

• Swedish regular passport (provisional passport is not valid as identification)

• Swedish driver's license.
