About us:

Preschool AB Kolibri has been around since 1997 and consists of two preschools located in the areas of Gideonsberg and the city center. For us, the child's play, joyful learning, and the competent child's curiosity are in focus. The educators work closely with the children, and we learn together in an open and family-like environment where we blend learning, play, and care into a whole.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a pedagogical education
• Has experience working with children
• Is well-versed in the Education Act, Lpfö 18, and other governing documents regarding preschool operations and has a good ability to implement these in practice
• Is communicative and clear in your leadership
• Is interested in development issues and has a strategic approach, where follow-up and evaluation are something you feel comfortable with
• Brings enthusiasm, commitment, and joy to the work
• Includes and engages colleagues in collegial learning
• Has an easy time building good relationships with guardians and other partners
• Can offer children a fun, safe, and learning preschool experience as a foundation for lifelong learning
• Has good written and verbal skills in both Swedish and English

Job responsibilities:

As a preschool assistant, you share the operational responsibility with preschool teachers, which means that you, together with the principal and colleagues, plan and drive the pedagogical development of the preschool unit in a quality-conscious manner in accordance with laws, goals, and governing documents. The area of responsibility includes work in the children's group, close contact with guardians, and collegial learning at the preschool.

One position is part-time with a workload of 80%

One position is full-time.

Both positions are desired to be filled immediately with a duration until July 10, possibly longer.
