What good ideas do you want to help realize? We are now looking for you who are a trained youth leader or have other suitable education and experience working at a youth center with young people. We would also like you to have experience leading staff.

As a youth leader, you are a role model and set a good example. You create good relationships and help people grow through participation, co-determination, and responsibility. You work health-promoting and have a zero-tolerance policy towards drugs, tobacco, and doping. You strive for diversity and actively work with equality and gender equality. The work at the youth center follows the common plan established in Västerås for youth centers.

You are responsible for the youth center's finances, staff, and the planning and implementation of events by the association council.

The position includes daytime, evening, and weekend work.

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
