We are now seeking an experienced and confident team leader who also works as a personal assistant in a role that demands high levels of competence, structure, and understanding of neuropsychiatric disabilities.

The assignment involves a young woman with ADHD, autism, and cerebral palsy, who lives with high stress, fear, and challenging behavior with verbal outbursts. She has faced many difficulties in life and needs individuals around her who are predictable, stable, and knowledgeable. For her, the right approach is crucial.

This is not a role for just anyone. Solid knowledge of NPF, emotional regulation, and clear structure is required. Routines and frameworks are a source of security – not a hindrance.

Your responsibilities as a team leader

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Participating in the recruitment of new assistants
• Managing scheduling and staffing
• Providing support to colleagues in daily work
• Contributing to clear structure, quality, and security in the assignment
• Ensuring a low-arousal and professional approach
• Collaborating with management and relatives

You are the one who maintains the overall picture when things get tough and creates calm through clarity.

Working hours and employment rate

The position encompasses 70-75%

• Varied working hours
• Night shifts include waiting time

We are looking for someone who

• Has documented experience with ADHD, autism, and NPF
• Has experience in handling verbal outbursts and works in a low-arousal manner
• Is confident, stable, and highly self-reflective
• Has the ability to set boundaries with warmth and respect
• Is clear, communicative, and structured
• Thrives in environments with fixed routines and clear frameworks
• Has experience in personal assistance
• Has leadership experience or naturally takes responsibility in a group
• Has a driver's license and access to a car for commuting
• Is tolerant of both cats and dogs
