About the Position

The position as an investigator is based at the Office and Communications Department, Hallands Hospital. You will be part of a team of investigators and work closely with the hospital management and many other employees within the area of management and operational support. The department consists of investigators, communicators, and administrative coordinators. Our workplaces are located in Halmstad and Varberg, and you can choose which location you want to work from.

Job Description

In the role of investigator, you will support Hallands Hospital management in both strategic and operational matters, focusing on developing and streamlining processes between administration and politics. You will be involved in hospital-wide management and support processes, where support to the administrative manager and collaboration with the committee's secretary in the work with the hospital's political committee is an important part of the assignment. Together with responsible managers and colleagues, you will coordinate and prepare decision-making materials and, together with the committee's secretary, plan for the implementation of the committee's preparations and meetings. The assignment also includes coordinating the internal control plan and conducting internal audits, which contributes to ensuring quality and regulatory compliance in the operations. As an investigator, you will also be involved in various investigative and development assignments where you will have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively with others. Another important task is to be an advisor on matters related to case management and public administration.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree, preferably with a focus on political science, public administration, law, or management and organization. You should have experience in similar tasks, and it is a significant advantage if you have previously worked in publicly governed operations.

We see that you are a confident and humble person who enjoys working together with others and creating networks, but also have strong self-leadership. You have a great interest in society and keep yourself updated on what is happening in the world and in the industry you work in. You are proactive, structured, and driven by developing working methods with the customer's needs in focus. Experience in leadership or project management is meritorious.

To succeed in the assignment, you need to be able to understand complex issues and have the ability to process and summarize text material and opinions. You are required to have good stylistic skills and can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish. The position also requires that you are comfortable using various digital tools and can easily acquire new knowledge in the area. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

As travel is involved in the position, a driver's license is desirable. According to the current environmental policy, collective transport should be used whenever possible.
