HYLTE PAPER AB is one of the most environmentally friendly paper producers with a long and proud history. We produce environmentally certified paper of world-leading quality using raw materials from locally and responsibly managed forests. The mill is located in the inland of Halland, about 50 kilometers east of Halmstad, with a capacity of approximately 245,000 tons of newsprint.

We are now looking for someone to join our marketing department who is driven by providing the best possible customer service and enjoys being the spider in the web with many points of contact.

What do we offer you?

We offer a varied and educational summer job in our marketing department where you will work with customer service and order management. In our marketing team, you will have a broad role with a fast-paced and fun everyday life alongside your closest colleagues.

The marketing department is a relatively new department at Hylte Paper. This means you will have the opportunity to be part of our ongoing development journey and contribute to the growth of our marketing department.

About the position

As a summer substitute in our marketing department, you will, together with the rest of the team, have daily contact with our customers by supporting them with various inquiries, focusing on building good and long-term relationships.

In this role, you will have several tasks running simultaneously and many internal and external points of contact. Problem-solving is a natural part of everyday life.

Your daily work may include the following tasks:

• Order management and document handling

• Delivery planning and transport booking  

• Monitoring inventory levels

• Loading planning

• Invoicing and payment follow-up

The summer position lasts from June to August. Earlier appointments may occur considering the training period. The position is full-time and the work is scheduled during daytime.

Your skills and experiences

Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment.

We are looking for someone with ongoing or recently completed education, preferably in a relevant field. Experience in customer service, logistics, sales, or administration is also considered an advantage. Additionally, a B driver's license is strongly meritorious.  

You have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form. Additional language skills are a plus. 

You are comfortable working with a computer and phone as tools. Your IT skills are good, and you are proficient in the Office suite.
