We are now looking for a Business Advisor to Almi in Halmstad

We are now looking for a business advisor to our dedicated advisory team in Halmstad – a role where you can grow, be challenged, and develop alongside companies that aim to take the next step.

Your mission

As a business advisor, you will work closely with small and medium-sized enterprises in the region. You will be an important force in identifying companies' needs, guiding them in their development, and helping to create solutions that make a real difference.

You will, among other things:

• Work proactively and create new contacts with companies that want to grow and develop.
• Assist companies in understanding their opportunities and challenges through analyses of business, market, and development potential.
• Together with colleagues in business development and in collaboration with banks and external partners, find solutions that make a real difference for entrepreneurs in Halland.

You work independently but always with a close and supportive team behind you – we support each other and find solutions together.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a strong drive, curiosity, and who enjoys meeting people. The role suits you if you:

• Have an academic degree in business administration or equivalent.
• Have documented experience in consulting, customer contact, or business development.
• Are relationship-building, proactive, and confident in working independently.
• Have a clear interest in financing and the economic development of companies.
• Enjoy analyzing business plans and company challenges, and want to learn more about credit and financing issues.
• Have a broad network among SMEs in the region.
• Have a clear desire and ability to develop.
• A driver's license is required as the role involves regular customer visits.
