We are now looking for a Business-Driven Advisor with a Focus on Financing for Almi in Halmstad

Almi Halland is now looking for a business-driven advisor with a focus on financing – a role where you can make a real difference for the region's small and medium-sized enterprises.

In a stimulating and development-driven environment, you will become part of our dedicated advisory team in Halmstad. Together we find solutions that help companies develop, invest, and grow sustainably.

Your assignment

As an advisor with a focus on financing, you will actively and proactively work to identify companies in need of capital for growth and investments. You will have an independent and business-oriented role where you:

• Develop and drive collaborations with entrepreneurs, banks, accounting and auditing firms, investors, and other actors in financing.
• Create new customer contacts and present Almi's financing offers to companies with ambitions to grow.
• Conduct credit assessments, analyze the customer's business, and develop financing proposals.
• Together with colleagues in business development and in collaboration with banks and external partners, find solutions that make a real difference for entrepreneurs in Halland.

You work independently but never alone – you will be part of a warm and collaborative team that supports each other and drives development together.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a strong drive, curiosity, and who enjoys meeting people. The role suits you if you:

• Have several years of documented experience analyzing companies' finances and financing needs, preferably from corporate advisory at a bank.
• Have an academic degree in business administration or equivalent.
• Are proactive, relationship-building, and confident in independent work.
• Gain energy from meeting entrepreneurs, making contacts, and driving business forward.
• Have a broad network among SMEs in the region.

Experience in advisory is an advantage, and you are welcome to have complementary knowledge in sustainability, digitalization, or innovation. A driver's license is required as the role involves customer visits in the region.
