Property Management Coordinator Wanted

Do you want to work in a role where you can combine property management with service and administration? We are looking for a property management coordinator to strengthen our management department from June to August 2026 and be an important link between our tenants, contractors, and the organization.

About the Role

As a property management coordinator, you will have a broad and varied role focusing on tenant contact, administration, and property management. The tasks are diverse and include handling maintenance requests, tenant contacts, and ongoing management matters. You will work closely with property managers and the property manager, supporting them in their daily work and becoming an important administrative resource within the property unit.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• A minimum of high school education, preferably with a focus on property management or similar
• Experience in customer contact, for example in customer service, the property industry, or service professions
• Good administrative skills
• A valid driver's license (B)

As a person, you are service-oriented, structured, and communicative. You enjoy varied tasks and are confident in taking responsibility and initiatives. You may be in the middle of your studies, newly graduated, or have previous experience from a similar role.
