At Martin & Servera, we deliver food and beverages to restaurants, cafés, and large kitchens across Sweden. As a customer service representative, you will assist our customers when they have questions, need help with a return, or a complaint. By providing the best service and care to our customers, you help make every day a little better. About the role

We are now looking for reinforcement during the summer. In the role of customer service representative, we work in teams with both 1st line and 2nd line support. We are often our customers' first contact and are responsible for providing quick, professional, and solution-oriented service in southern and western Sweden.

What will you do?

The daily work mainly consists of troubleshooting and handling incoming cases, such as investigations of missing and incorrectly delivered goods, complaints, and returns. Our task is to resolve simpler cases directly and ensure a smooth transition internally to 2nd line for more complex questions. This way, we can provide our customers with a positive experience, ensure high customer satisfaction, and build long-term relationships.

As we work with continuous improvements, the feedback culture is of great importance. We map cases to understand the whole and find effective solutions to take them further into the organization to other functions such as transport, warehousing, and purchasing. This gives us the right conditions to understand the cause of a challenge and how we can improve it going forward.

  • You have experience in customer service/support or another service-oriented role involving customer contact
  • You are communicative, solution-oriented, and meticulous
  • You have good computer skills and experience working in various systems simultaneously
  • You understand the importance of good customer interaction and take responsibility for finding good solutions to problems that arise
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment - you are resilient, focused, and if you also have good geographical knowledge, it is a plus.
  • You are a team player who wants to contribute to a positive team climate

Employment form: Summer temporary position during the period June-August.

Start date: Introduction takes place in May.

Employment rate: Full-time, 40h/week
