Customer Service Assistant

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be part of a team whose main tasks involve customer contact and administration. You will be the person our tenants and other stakeholders contact through our switchboard or at our reception. The position also includes participating in apartment viewings, moving days, events, and other marketing activities. Additionally, you will assist tenants with orders for options and apartment maintenance. In other words, you will be the company's face to the outside world and the customer's first contact with us.

Your Background

We are looking for someone who has at least a high school education and previous experience working with customer contacts from a similar role.

You have good knowledge of Swedish and English and can express yourself well in both spoken and written form.
