At DH Solutions, we work with BI as an active support for decision-making, governance, and development for our clients. For us, BI is not just about reporting, but about creating solutions that are relevant, useful, and sustainable over time.

We are a consulting company with over 50 years of experience in delivering IT solutions in close collaboration with our clients. Our delivery team consists of approximately 25 employees with expertise in system development, IT services, business systems, and data and analytics.

About the role

As a BI consultant with us, you will work at the intersection of business, data, and technology. You will be responsible for BI solutions throughout the entire chain – from needs analysis and data modeling to analysis, visualization, and further development.

Your responsibilities will include:

• designing and developing modern BI and data solutions
• working with data modeling, transformations, and analytical layers
• creating analysis and visualization solutions, often in Power BI
• ensuring data quality, structure, and sustainability in the solutions
• engaging in active dialogue with the client's operations
• contributing to the development of DH Solutions' Data and Analytics business

Depending on the assignment, the role may also involve work with:

• Predictive analytics and AI-related solutions

Who we believe you are

You have several years of experience in BI and are confident in taking responsibility for solutions. At the same time, you are curious about how BI and analytics continue to evolve.

We believe you have:

• experience in BI and working with data platforms
• proficiency in data modeling, SQL, and analytical structures
• experience with Power BI, including DAX
• experience with SSIS and SSAS
• the ability to translate business needs into sustainable technical solutions
• experience in a consulting role and working in client-facing contexts

Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Data Warehouse is a plus.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
