About the role

Supply Chain & Procurement is responsible for ensuring efficient purchasing, stable material flows, and well-functioning supplier collaborations throughout the organization. For us, cost efficiency, quality, and delivery precision are central – and this is where you come in.

As a Purchaser, you have a broad and important function. You work both operationally and tactically within our category structure and support project activities, production, and purchasing of indirect materials. The role entails significant personal responsibility, but you work closely with Category Managers and Project Procurement Managers in dialogues, analyses, and improvement work. Together, you develop flows, working methods, and supplier relationships that make a real difference in our supply chain.

Your main responsibilities

• Be responsible for operational and cost-effective purchasing
• Manage the entire P2P process – from purchase requests to order placement, delivery follow-up, and documentation
• Receive and evaluate purchase requests and create and administer orders
• Follow up on deliveries and analyze delivery precision in dialogue with suppliers and internal purchasers
• Maintain and quality-assure supplier and product data (master data)
• Participate in supplier evaluations regarding quality, total cost, and delivery capability
• Support Category Managers and PPM in the follow-up and development of suppliers
• Contribute to supplier qualification and onboarding
• Drive improvement initiatives that contribute to reduced costs and improved service levels

The role does not involve personnel or budget responsibility, but you have a clear responsibility for quality, structure, and delivery reliability within your area.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in operational purchasing within the manufacturing industry (or equivalent)
• Vocational training in purchasing
• Experience in negotiation and professional supplier dialogue
• Familiarity with purchasing or business systems
• Good understanding of P2P processes
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English

Preferred qualifications include a higher education in purchasing, an interest in technology, and experience with systems such as Monitor and Visma.
