Recently, we have expanded our business to include the buying and selling of used mobile phones, which will be a significant part of our work moving forward!

At Fix My Phone, you will meet our customers daily and be the face of the company. This requires high social competence, responsibility, and a drive for sales.

We are now looking for new employees for our store in Halmstad. You will be the face of Fix My Phone, and through your advice and sales knowledge, you will work with customers to identify what needs to be addressed on their mobile phones or tablets. You will then repair the device and follow up the results with the customer upon completion while also working on upselling accessories and other products. It is also crucial to meet all of the customer's needs, both hidden and expressed. We work towards a more sustainable future for both the customer and the world as a whole, which is why it is important for us to ensure that the customer has the right accessories and protection for their phone after the repair to prevent future accidents. It is your job to sell these to the customer!

All new employees will undergo training where we teach you how to repair various devices, handle the cash register, and provide regular training in sales techniques and customer service.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a real drive. You are responsible and care about maintaining order in your life, for your own sake and for others.

Previous experience in sales and tasks that require dexterity is a merit.

Salary: 25,000.00 SEK - 50,000.00 SEK per month

Additional compensation beyond fixed hourly wage.
