We are now looking for Finnish-speaking administrators/customer support representatives for some of our clients in Falkenberg.

We at Effektiv are now seeking employees who are proficient in Finnish for several of our clients in Falkenberg.

This means that you will be employed by us at Effektiv and work as a consultant for one of our clients.

In this role, you will work broadly with administrative tasks and customer contact. You are an important link between customers, internal departments, and external partners. The work involves daily communication in Swedish, Finnish, and English, both orally and in writing.

Examples of tasks that may occur depending on the assignment:

• Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email

• Administer orders, registrations, and updates in business systems

• Support customers with questions regarding products, deliveries, and contracts

• Coordinate cases internally and ensure follow-up

• Work systematically with documentation and quality assurance

• Sales

These roles are for you who enjoy structure, pace, and delivering top-class service.

You will work full-time, Monday – Friday, during classic office hours and be based at the client's office in Falkenberg.

We are looking for someone who is proficient in Finnish, has experience in administration, customer service, or another service-oriented role. You are meticulous, solution-oriented, and have an easy time collaborating.

You speak and write fluently in Finnish and Swedish and have good knowledge of English, both orally and in writing. You have experience in administrative work and/or customer contact and are accustomed to working in various business or case management systems. With good computer skills and a structured approach, you take responsibility for your tasks and ensure that the work flows efficiently. You have a driver's license and we prefer that you have completed a high school education.

As a person, you are communicative, responsible, and enjoy a role where you can take ownership of your tasks.
