Motor Trend AB is a family-owned company that started in Mariestad in 1984 and has been an authorized dealer for Toyota since its inception. We are now represented in ten locations across Western Sweden with authorized full-service facilities offering car sales, service workshops, and spare parts sales in Mariestad, Skara, Lidköping, Karlstad, Arvika, Skene, Kungsbacka, Varberg, Falkenberg, and Halmstad. Motor Trend is also one of nine authorized Lexus dealers in Sweden, and our exclusive Lexus facility is established in Karlstad. Our certified Lexus workshops are located in Karlstad, Mariestad, and Halmstad.

About the position

As a car salesperson with us, you are more than just a salesperson – you are the face of the company and the one who makes a difference in the customer's experience. You will:

  • Meet customers in the showroom, build relationships, and create business.
  • Drive sales of used cars and services.
  • Actively work towards an attractive store, both online and in the showroom.
  • Ensure that every customer leaves us with a smile and a sense of security.
  • Work with our modern CRM platform for follow-up and development of customer contacts.
  • Actively engage with new and existing customers.
  • Be an important part of our concept BRIT – Best Retailer In Town.

We are looking for someone who

  • Is social, driven, and has a passion for sales.
  • Finds it easy to build trust and provide top-class service.
  • Enjoys challenges, a fast pace, and working towards goals.
  • Thrives with responsibility and wants to contribute to a positive team spirit.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in car sales. Experience with used vehicles is an advantage.
  • Class B driver's license (manual & automatic).
