Your Responsibilities

We are now looking for an administrator with a focus on customs in our shipping department. You will be welcomed by a team in an open office landscape, and your main responsibilities will be to administer and manage our customs matters regarding import, transit, and export. Additionally, you will handle the setup of incoming goods in the customs warehouse. You will conduct analyses and follow-ups in your area of responsibility and contribute to the department's continuous improvement of its deliveries and processes. Furthermore, you will compile, report, and archive ongoing customs matters.

Who are you?

For this position, you need to have a high school education and preferably some form of further education or experience in customs. It is important that you can work independently but also in a team to achieve common goals and deliver high quality in your work. You should be able to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English, and additional languages such as Norwegian are meritorious. We also expect you to have good computer skills and attention to detail in your work. As a person, we see you as driven and structured in your approach and welcome problem-solving.

Other

The position is a permanent full-time employment that starts with a 6-month probationary period. The placement is at warehouse 5 in Halmstad, located at Stationsgatan 49, 302 50 Halmstad.
