We are a savings bank with a strong local presence and 15 employees distributed across our three offices in Örkelljunga, Hishult, and Skånes Fagerhult. Responsibilities
We are now recruiting a Private Market Manager, a key role that has not previously existed with us, aimed at strengthening our organization and further improving development and customer service.
As the Private Market Manager, you will have a central role in our organization and be overall responsible for private advisory services and customer service. The position includes personnel responsibility for a team consisting of seven fantastic employees. Your main focus will be to lead and develop the business and ensure that our customers receive the best possible advice and service.
Your tasks will include, among other things:
- Be responsible for achieving the bank's goals and budget within the private market.
- Lead and contribute to the development of employees.
- Design and implement routines and strategies to improve customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Ensure that advice is provided in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and the bank's guidelines.
- Be responsible for resource planning and scheduling.
- Act as a contact person and ambassador for the bank in the local community.
- If necessary, personally handle customer meetings and advice and be a backup for other staff in the management team.
You will be part of the bank's management team along with the CEO, financial manager, and operational support. You will also be active in networking and dialogue with industry colleagues, and work to jointly develop our competence and thus our customer offering over time.
Working hours are weekdays during the day, and the workplace may vary between our three offices.
Your profile and our philosophy
We are looking for someone who is unpretentious and enjoys working in a smaller organization where everyone contributes to making our customers truly satisfied. You want to combine leadership and development with a strong business focus while being able to step in and handle customer dialogues and advisory meetings when needed.

You need several years of work experience from banking, preferably as a personal advisor. If you also have experience and education in leadership, that is a plus. However, the most important thing is that you share our view that all employees are equally important and that you can contribute to good collaboration and the development of both people and working methods.
You must have a very good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing and have a B driver's license. Please indicate in your application if you have a Swedsec license for advisory services and mortgages.
The employment
The position is a permanent full-time employment. You will be employed by Sparbanken Boken (not by Lokal Bemanning). Your employment is covered by a collective agreement with the Financial Union.
