We are growing and are now looking for someone who is passionate about accounting, year-end work, and finance in general, and who wants to be part of our dedicated team.

As an accounting economist with us, you will have a broad and responsible role focusing on ongoing accounting, year-end work, and reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring that daily bookkeeping runs smoothly and that finances are monitored in a correct and structured manner.

The finance department currently consists of two people, which means you will work closely with the entire financial process and have great insight into the business. The role is operational and involves working practically with accounting while also being involved in producing materials and reports for management and the board.

• Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations

• Reporting to authorities, such as the Tax Agency

You will be an important part of the finance function where structure, accuracy, and accountability are central. In this role, you contribute to ensuring quality in accounting and that relevant financial information is produced for the business.

We are looking for someone with experience in accounting and a good understanding of the entire financial flow. You feel confident in the accounting process and have previously worked with both ongoing bookkeeping and year-end work.

You thrive in an independent role where you can take responsibility for your tasks and work in a structured and meticulous manner. Order and tidiness are a natural part of your work style, and you ensure that accounting maintains high quality.

At the same time, you appreciate working in a smaller organization where you are close to the business and can quickly see the results of your work. You are used to taking your own responsibility, working independently, and driving your tasks forward.

• Several years of experience in a similar role within finance
• Relevant education
• Experience with the K3 regulations
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and a strong ability to learn new digital tools
• Good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as basic knowledge of English
• Experience in consolidating companies is an advantage
