Eductus works with education in labor market services such as Rusta and Match, Vocational Swedish, and Labor Market Education. We also work with SFI, basic and upper secondary adult education.

For Halmstad, we are looking for someone who wants to work in a team with colleagues, all with the same mission - to prepare and match our participants for work or education.

Eductus is looking for someone who has a good ability to collaborate, is responsible and flexible, and is seeking a varied job with challenges in a positive and creative environment where job satisfaction and quality are important.

Job Responsibilities

You will be the participant's closest contact and will map the participant's experiences to jointly identify a suitable path towards work or education.

You motivate and empower the participant and ensure that they receive the right practical support and guidance on their way to their goal.

It is an advantage if you have a good knowledge of the local labor market, as we collaborate with many employers to create job opportunities for the participant.

Your work will also include preparing our participants through the educational initiatives and lectures they may need on their way to their goal.

Other tasks related to the role include documentation regarding the participant's progression.

Formal Competence/Work Experience:

Very good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish and English

Option 1:

At least 3 years of full-time higher education (180 credits)

2 years of work experience equivalent to full-time (part-time positions can also be counted)

Option 2:

Education of at least 1 year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with at least a passing grade.

At least 3 years of work experience equivalent to full-time (part-time positions can also be counted) in one or more of the following professions or tasks:

Leadership with personnel responsibility
Recruitment
Transition work for job seekers
Study and career guidance
Handling personnel issues (not just personnel administration)
Work with labor and labor market issues
Work with social and group psychology
Career guidance

Requirements

You have good communication skills in both spoken and written form, good administrative skills, and computer proficiency. Experience working with job seekers, matching, and recruitment.

Personal Qualities

A coaching and solution-oriented approach with a desire to develop. You are organized, structured, and results-oriented. Above all, you have a high degree of social competence and are relationship-oriented.
