Biltema Logistics is expanding its payroll department and is looking for a meticulous and business-oriented Payroll Specialist to ensure that our payroll management is carried out efficiently and in accordance with applicable legislation and collective agreements. As a central part of our payroll department, you will play a key role in supporting our operations by managing and developing our payroll processes. In addition to payroll management, personnel administrative tasks such as recruitment and training administration are also included. The position is suitable for you who thrive in a role with both operational elements and want to help develop our processes in line with the needs of the business.

Who we are looking for We are looking for someone with experience in payroll administration and a strong sense of order and accuracy. You thrive in a role where you can work both independently and as part of a team with payroll systems, while also being a supportive partner to the company's managers on payroll issues. You have the ability to see the big picture and are driven to constantly improve and streamline processes. Your business-oriented mindset and your communication skills enable you to act consultatively, both internally and externally. To succeed in this role, we see that you have a relevant education and preferably experience from similar work in payroll management and personnel administration. It is an advantage if you have experience working with Agda PS.

Your responsibilities As a Payroll Specialist, you will have primary responsibility, together with the current payroll specialist, for administering and managing the payroll system, including collecting information, reconciling payroll data, processing payments, and calculating vacation. You will also work on correcting payroll data and managing employer declarations. An important part of your responsibility is to drive ongoing improvement work to streamline and develop the payroll management process, all from a business-oriented perspective. You will act consultatively towards the company's managers on payroll issues and be partly responsible for training new managers in the company's payroll management processes together with your immediate supervisor. In addition, you will administer pensions and employee insurance and handle other personnel administration.
