You will work on strategic issues and coordinate the department's work with operational plans and planning analysis. You will identify areas for development and collaborate internally and externally. You will provide process support during organizational changes, reviews, follow-ups, implementation, project management, and planning.

An important part of the assignment is to work on quality and development work together with the administration's corresponding functions to optimize the cross-administrative quality work – all to create an evidence-based practice and quality-assured social service.

Your Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree (180 ECTS credits) in a relevant field.
  • Experience with documentation and working with the Office package, especially Excel.
  • The ability to structure and analyze information as well as develop strategies.
  • Good communication skills – you can express yourself pedagogically in speech and writing, adapted to the recipient.

We place great importance on personal suitability, and the following competencies are central:

  • Networking – You build and maintain relationships to create collaboration and knowledge exchange.
  • Transparent communication – You communicate openly and clearly, share relevant information, and create trust.
  • Problem-solving – You analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and act for the best results.
  • Planning and structuring – You organize your work, prioritize correctly, and ensure that tasks are completed on time and with quality.

You are creative, innovative, and can drive issues related to legislation, evidence-based practice, and political ambitions. You adapt easily to new circumstances and build good relationships with colleagues, partners, and management.
