About the position Expario is currently looking for an accounting assistant for our client's invoicing team in Halmstad. In this role, you will be an important part of the daily invoicing process and work to ensure that everything is correct and delivered on time. You will have a central role in the collaboration between customer service, salespeople, and the company's customers.

The position is a staffing assignment with a fixed-term employment from April to September. Working hours: Office hours (daytime, Monday–Friday)

Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things:

• Administer and manage the company's invoicing

• Ensure that documentation is correct and complete before invoicing

• Work with reporting and follow-up

• Work in Excel and various business systems

• Maintain ongoing contact with both internal and external parties

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have experience in similar accounting and invoicing tasks

• Are used to working in Excel and business systems

• Are meticulous, structured, and have a good ability to prioritize

• Enjoy a role where you have multiple tasks simultaneously

• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
