About the role

In this position, you are the company's first point of contact and responsible for providing professional service to customers across the Nordics. You ensure that every customer interaction maintains high quality and contributes to a positive experience throughout the entire process.

Your responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Handling and resolving customer cases with a focus on high customer satisfaction
• Registering and processing customer orders in our SAP system
• Updating and maintaining customer information in systems and CRM
• Collaborating with internal functions to meet customer needs
• Following up to ensure cases are fully resolved

Location and flexibility

The position is based in Halmstad with hybrid work options, allowing you to split your time between the office and home.

Your profile

You will succeed here if you have a strong customer focus and are driven by finding solutions. Your organizational skills and sense of responsibility help you manage multiple tasks simultaneously and create value in every customer interaction.

We also look for:

• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in customer service or similar roles
• Familiarity with working in systems, preferably SAP and CRM
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple cases in parallel
• Additional Nordic languages such as Finnish, Norwegian, or Danish are a plus
