About the role:

As a Purchasing Assistant at our company, your responsibilities include administrative purchasing tasks such as placing orders, order registration, following up on order confirmations and invoices, handling product samples, and managing complaints. You will have daily contact with our suppliers and serve as a key support point in the purchasing process within your team. You will report directly to our Assortment Manager.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, flexible, highly computer literate, and has good command of English, both spoken and written.

Your responsibilities:

  • Order processing and follow-up on deliveries
  • Article registration and price updates in our business system
  • Communication with suppliers, both nationally and internationally
  • Supporting buyers in their daily work
  • General administration

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking someone with a few years of experience in similar roles. A degree or education in purchasing, interior design, fashion, or a related field is a plus. As a person, you are analytical, have strong planning skills, and an eye for detail.

A sense, interest, and commitment to trends, retail, and business are prerequisites for success in this role. We also value strong teamwork skills, as our entire organization operates under one roof, working closely together.
