Halmstad Steel Service Centre continues its development and growth. One Partner Group has been given continued trust, and we are now looking for a driven individual who wants to develop in the role of Junior Account Manager. The role is designed as a development journey where you gradually build your skills to eventually take full responsibility as an Account Manager.

The Role
At Halmstad Steel Service Centre, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop. You will become an important part of the sales team in Halmstad, where you will receive a thorough introduction together with colleagues from different departments. In this way, you will gain a good understanding of the business and the processes that create value for the customer, giving you a strong foundation in customer dialogue and business.
We are looking for you who have a strong desire to develop. Previous sales experience is an advantage, but it is your personality, drive, and development potential that are valued most highly.
We therefore believe that you:
- Are driven and have an easy time building relationships.
- Have a natural sense of service and understand the importance of customer satisfaction.
- Are goal-oriented and enjoy working towards set goals.
- Take initiative and are not afraid to take responsibility.
- Enjoy working in a team and have a good understanding of processes.
- Have an interest in B2B sales and are curious to learn more about the Swedish manufacturing industry.

You might be a recent graduate from a college or university, or have worked in sales for one or a few years. Your background or what you do today may vary, but the most important thing is that you have the will and drive to develop.
