Technical Sales Representative for Bopp Scandinavia AB

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will have overall responsibility for the business – from initial contact to the final solution delivered to the customer.

You will work on developing existing customer relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities within the Nordics. The role is varied and combines sales, consulting, and project management.

About the Role

Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Identify and process new customers and application areas
  • Conduct market analyses and drive business development
  • Visit customers and represent the company at trade fairs
  • Drive customer projects from quotation to delivery
  • Handle incoming orders and purchasing

You will be based in Laholm and collaborate closely with your colleagues, while a large part of the work takes place at customer sites.

Our customers include both international corporations and small to medium-sized specialist companies, where requirements for operational safety, quality, and regulatory compliance are high. This places high demands on flexibility, meaning our working methods, contact areas, and solutions are adapted to each business's unique needs. We collaborate closely with production managers, technical specialists, and purchasing functions to ensure efficient integration into customers' processes and stable, cost-effective production.

We are looking for you who

Have experience in technical sales and thrive in a role where you can combine business acumen with technical understanding.

You are a relationship-building person driven by developing business and creating value for the customer.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in B2B sales of technical products or solutions
  • Ability to work independently and structured towards set goals
  • Interest in technology and understanding of industrial processes
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

Merits:

  • Experience from smaller or entrepreneurial companies
  • Knowledge of additional Nordic languages
  • Experience with SAP

Other

Travel is included in the position, primarily within the Nordics. You will be based at the office in Laholm on days you are not traveling. The role consists of approximately 60% field sales and 40% administration. The salary consists of a fixed monthly salary plus an annual performance-based bonus. You report to the Operations Manager in Laholm.
