Customhoj is growing and we are now looking for a new colleague for the role of Growth Marketer.

What you will do:

• Create, monitor, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Work with email marketing, from ideation and copywriting to dispatch, follow-up, and improvement.
• Develop and edit marketing materials for ads, newsletters, campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Analyze results, identify areas for improvement, and test new ways to increase traffic, sales, and customer engagement.
• Drive improvements in our internal workflows, advertising processes, and digital tools.
• Jump in where needed; we are a flat-hierarchy team that pitches in together when the pace is high.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience working with digital marketing in some form.
• Is interested in motorcycles.
• Enjoys creating, testing, analyzing, and improving campaigns to drive traffic, sales, and growth.
• Has an eye for text, images, offers, and angles that capture the right customer at the right time.
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently.
• Thrives in a small group where everyone contributes and lifts each other up.
• Enjoys a fast pace, rapid development, and freedom with responsibility.
• Has experience with, or a strong interest in, using AI in work.
