We are looking for a new Customer Service Representative to join our team. Here, you will act as the company's voice to the outside world and interact with our pleasant customers.
You will have daily contact with people via phone and email. To succeed in the role of Customer Service Representative, you need to be comfortable working with computers. This is to easily learn our internal systems and work within Office 365.
As a person, you are service-oriented, positive, and open. You enjoy helping others and are accommodating. You are also good at handling multiple tasks simultaneously, remaining calm and structured. You are someone who takes initiative when needed, and you are independent and proactive.

Job Description
- Answer and handle incoming calls.
- Administrative tasks, such as handling cases received via email, updating and searching for information in various systems and channels, working with our booking systems, and invoicing.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Making outgoing calls to customers and employees.
Qualifications
- Completed upper secondary education, good computer skills, and proficiency in the Office package (as well as comfort working in other systems).
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Work experience in switchboard and/or customer service roles.
- English language skills.
