About the role
As a Sales Team Leader, you are part of the store's management team, responsible for leading and coaching your team towards sales goals. You lead by being an integral part of the sales team that interacts with our customers. With clear and motivating leadership, you create engagement, structure, and results.
You report to the Store Manager and act as deputy when needed.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Team Leader, you are responsible for leading and distributing the daily work in the store based on the business plan and priorities. You create engagement through clear communication, daily meetings, and follow-ups, and serve as a role model in sales and service. You develop employees through coaching, feedback, and competence development.
You ensure that the customer interaction maintains the highest quality, follow up on campaigns and key figures, optimize inventory levels and availability, and handle operational disruptions and safety risks. In collaboration with the management team, you participate in strategic planning, scheduling, recruitment, and concept development.
You contribute to a positive work environment by fostering team spirit, handling conflicts, and following up on deviations. You work actively with systematic work environment management and ensure that the workplace is safe, ergonomic, and inclusive.
We are looking for someone who
Has experience in leadership within retail or service
Is goal- and result-oriented with a business focus
Has a coaching, clear, and attentive leadership style
Is a team player with a competitive spirit and the ability to engage others
Is passionate about customer service and long-term customer relationships
Is proactive and confident in making decisions
The position
Permanent full-time position, starting with a 6-month probation period.
Start date according to agreement.
Working hours include evenings and weekends.
Recruitment
Selection begins in August. The process includes psychometric tests (MAP and Matrigma).
A background check is conducted at the end of the recruitment process for the candidate who advances to the final stage.
