As Sales Manager for Sales, your primary main assignment will be within grocery, frozen food, dairy, meat, and e-commerce. In this role, you will also be responsible for the cash desk and front-of-house, and be part of the store's management group. The position therefore entails overall responsibility for all parts and results of the store, with customer satisfaction, sales, and continuous improvement in focus.

Your role includes workforce management during the store's various opening hours. The work is physically demanding. It is highly meritorious if you have held a leadership role in your previous retail experience and worked with the various fresh food departments in the store.

Your responsibilities include:

• Ensure shelves are always faced and well-stocked
• Ensure all products have price tags on the shelves
• Change signage in the store
• Handle complaints and claims according to current guidelines in a professional manner
• Maintain order inside the store so that everything is clean and tidy
• Create the best customer experience in the store with joy of food and inspiration in our fresh food departments, and deliver results based on the store's goals and key figures within your area of responsibility.

To succeed in your role, you have:

• Previous experience from a leadership position within retail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain order in the store
• Problem-solving skills
• Skilled at being both independent and working in a team
• Experience working in various fresh food departments in a store
• You thrive best when you are "on the go" and have a lot to do

The position is a permanent full-time employment (38.25 h/week) with start date by agreement. Working hours vary and include both daytime and evening hours as well as weekends. Selection is ongoing and the position may be filled before the application deadline. We apply a probationary period.

Education

• Upper secondary education is required.
• Post-secondary education or university degree is meritorious.

Experience/special competence

• The position requires broad experience and competence within retail sales.
• Documented good sales results in retail is meritorious.
• Documented experience in leading staff is meritorious.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.
