We are looking for you who are fluent in Finnish, both spoken and written, have a passion for sales, have an eye for quality and service – while also being quick-thinking and administratively minded! As a Customer Club Assistant, you will be the important link between the company and our most loyal members. The position is located at our headquarters in Varberg. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Communicate with members
• Administrative work regarding membership
• Create and publish club materials and newsletters
• Produce newsletters
• Plan and create club campaigns and simpler graphic designs upon request
• Prepare analyses and statistics on our club campaigns and activities

To fit the role, it is important that you:

• Master Finnish effortlessly in both speech and writing. We consider it a given that you also communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
• Are passionate about helping our most loyal members and delivering professional service.
• Have an interest in marketing communications and sales.
• Have knowledge of Office programs.
• Have the ability to organize and plan.
• Enjoy a role with high customer contact and like communicating via email and chat.

Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop programs is a plus. To be the person we are looking for, you are organized, detail-oriented, and flexible. You keep track of dates and deadlines and love the variety this job offers. We also see that you are an unpretentious and easy-going person who considers it natural to provide excellent service to our members. You communicate easily and are comfortable expressing yourself in Finnish, and creating meaningful texts with variation is your ace in the hole! Last but not least, we also see that as a person you are social, value community, and enjoy working independently as well as together with the colleagues in the marketing team. The position is a permanent full-time employment starting with a 6-month probation period. Start date by agreement. We call for interviews on an ongoing basis, so the position may be filled before the final application deadline. The position is filled on the condition that it does not need to be taken over by a permanent employee or an employee with priority rights.
