In the role of Purchaser at Range Servant AB, you will:

• Purchase materials in a cost-effective manner according to production and warehouse needs.
• Ensure that materials are available on time, in the right quantity, and at the right cost.
• Monitor order acknowledgments and follow up on deliveries from suppliers.
• Handle complaints and warranty issues in dialogue with suppliers.
• Check invoices against purchase orders and deliveries.
• Keep the business system updated with current prices, item data, and product structures.
• Participate in price negotiations and identify and evaluate new suppliers.
• Initiate and drive improvements within the purchasing process.
• Maintain ongoing contact with internal departments and external suppliers, both national and international.

We are looking for you who have post-secondary education or equivalent experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain. You have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and preferably experience with Business Central or similar business systems. You are accustomed to working with item data, product structures, and order flows. Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing is a requirement.

As a person, you are structured, communicative, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you take individual responsibility, but also enjoy collaborating with others and contributing to the team's success. You are curious about developing processes and work proactively to ensure smooth flows and high delivery precision.
