Your responsibilities

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning and coordinating service cases. The role primarily involves receiving, planning, and coordinating urgent repair cases as well as installations. You will work closely with the field service department, which consists of technicians and service managers handling repairs, preventive maintenance, and product installations at customer sites. You will have many contact points, both internally and externally, and will serve as a central function to create structure, foresight, and efficient delivery in daily operations. Your tasks will include, among other things: * Receiving and handling incoming repair cases and inquiries from technicians and external customers. * Planning and coordinating urgent repairs as well as installations. * Managing equipment information and updates in business and support systems. * Registering and updating information related to customer contracts, cases, and equipment. * Supporting the responsible service manager in daily operations.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who thrives in a coordinating role with a high focus on service, structure, and problem-solving. You have the ability to handle multiple cases in parallel, reprioritize when conditions change, and simultaneously ensure good service. As a person, you are communicative, detail-oriented, and solution-focused. You have a flat hierarchy approach and enjoy being the one who ties together information, planning, and follow-up. Since you will be in contact with customers and colleagues both in Sweden and internationally, it is a requirement that you communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. To be considered, you have: * Previous experience from a coordinating role. * Experience working in a role with many contact points and parallel cases. * Good experience with Salesforce and SAP.

* Location: Halmstad. * Start: Immediately as agreed. * Duration: Parental leave substitute until October 2027. * Working hours: Weekdays, daytime. * Salary: Individual salary setting.
