We are looking for an Accountant to join us in Hyltebruk

Are you a structured and driven accountant who thrives in a broad and varied economic role? Do you want to be part of a rapidly growing company where you have the opportunity to make an impact and develop professionally? Then you might be the person we are looking for at Decon.

The central finance function for Decon Group is located in Hyltebruk. You will have a "hub in the network" role, collaborating closely with other functions within the company in Sweden, as well as internationally with our subsidiaries in Spain, the Netherlands, Denmark, and Norway.

As an accountant, you will become a central part of our finance department in Hyltebruk. Today, the finance department consists of 7 people, 3 of whom are in Sweden. You will not only work operationally but also be part of our internal development projects within the finance department, contributing to efficient processes within the finance function.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Ongoing accounting and monthly closing
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Reconciliations and reporting
• Participation in and driving of internal development and improvement projects locally and globally
• Reporting to authorities and ESG reporting

We believe you have a few years of experience in accounting, preferably from a growing or changing company. You have a good understanding of financial processes and thrive working in a structured and independent manner. You are also a team player who likes to take initiative, find opportunities for improvement, and collaborate across departmental boundaries.

We would like you to have:

• At least a high school education, preferably in economics
• Several years of experience in similar roles
• Experience with payroll is considered an asset
• Good knowledge of Excel and business systems
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English
