You will join a department with approximately 40 engaged and skilled colleagues holding various support roles. Here, we work to support leadership at all levels, spread across 25 locations in Sweden.

Main Responsibilities

As an Administrator in the Support Section of Markverkstaden's Staff Department, your main responsibilities will be to support the section's functions with various administrative tasks and follow-up. A central part of the role will be the distribution of incoming tasks and information to the unit and further out into the organization.

Additionally, you will work with tasks such as drafting correspondence, taking minutes, handling IT cases, preparation, and compilation of materials. You will also collaborate with other sections and departments and occasionally assist in resolving tasks where needs arise. Business travel is involved.

Examples of tasks may include:

  • Administration of new employees and during recruitment
  • Reports and registry maintenance
  • Keeping the intranet, competence register, and needs lists updated
  • Entering time-limited permissions in PRIO
  • Follow-up on utilized training places
  • Compiling course evaluations and other statistics

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Completed upper secondary education with passing grades.
  • Relevant and current professional experience in administration
  • Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
  • Good ability to handle Microsoft Office applications
  • Class B driver's license

Merits

  • Experience working in an administrative role with similar tasks at the Swedish Armed Forces, another authority, or in the public sector.
  • Experience working in systems such as SAP/PRIO, VIDAR, and Emilia/Sharepoint.

Other Information

Employment type: Permanent position starting with a 6-month probationary period.

Work hours: Full-time, daytime.

Location: Halmstad.

Start date: As agreed.

The work also involves requirements for travel and duty.

The position is a civilian post.
