Vård & Omsorg is facing extensive changes. Demographic shifts mean that the proportion of elderly people is increasing, while the number of people of working age is not growing at the same rate as before.
New legislation places clearer demands on preventive, accessible, and individualized care and social services. At the same time, technology, digitalization, and welfare technology are developing rapidly – creating new opportunities but also high expectations for efficiency and sustainability within our administration. In this challenge, our competence supply is crucial – we are looking for you who want to be part of this journey!
As our current HR Coordinator will be developing into a different role within the administration, we are seeking an HR Coordinator for a fixed-term position in the Vård & Omsorg administration.
The role of HR Coordinator with us
We offer a varied and independent job that spans several different assignments within our competence supply work. The position primarily involves operational and coordinating tasks related to various initiatives, projects, and processes.
This includes, among other things:
- Coordinating our main mentoring organization, including internship placements and students.
- Coordinating education and competence development initiatives for both existing and new employees.
- Coordinating and monitoring funds for competence supply, such as the "Äldreomsorgslyftet" (Elderly Care Boost).
- Support and administration in our systems concerning competence supply and development.
Tasks also occur within recruitment, competence mapping, and administration related to projects and various measures. You will collaborate closely with other functions within the Administrative Management Office and maintain close contact with mentors and managers in the operations.

You have good communication skills and express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
We are looking for you who have:
- an education within HR or other education/experience that we assess as equivalent
- relevant experience within various parts of the competence supply process, such as work with recruitment, internships, staffing
It is an advantage if you have:
- experience working with coordinating measures and projects within the competence supply process.
- relevant experience from the Vård & Omsorg (Care & Social Services) sector.
Our offer and other information
We offer a full-time fixed-term position with immediate start, subject to agreement. The fixed-term contract runs until February 28th, with a possible extension.
