Do you enjoy solving questions, handling HR administration, and ensuring that HR processes are carried out efficiently and correctly?

As an employee in our Shared Service Center HR (SSC HR), you are an important part of the organization's central HR delivery. You handle and follow up on HR-related matters, provide support in HR processes and systems, and ensure that our services are delivered with high quality, good service, and a strong customer focus.

Lantmännen is a large international group with a unique breadth in its operations.

Lantmännen's SSC HR, Shared Service Center HR, is located in Falkenberg. Services within payroll, HR administration, and HR support are delivered from here. Lantmännen handles approximately 22,000 cases annually, distributed across support for the 20 countries where the group operates, as well as payroll processing for the companies in Sweden. Approximately 4,800 pay slips are generated each month, distributed across 17 collective agreements.

At the office in Falkenberg, you will become part of a knowledgeable and engaged HR Support & Payroll team where collaboration, service, and development permeate everyday life.

What does the role offer?

As an HR Support professional, you work in a central support function and are a key contact point for managers, employees, and HR in the business. You provide advice and support on HR matters and contribute to efficient and quality-assured processes.

This is a consultancy assignment via Effektiv, starting as soon as possible. The assignment runs until the end of February 2027, with possibilities for extension.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have education in HR/personnel or have acquired equivalent competence through work experience. You have worked with HR issues previously, preferably in a broad role where you have supported managers and employees in various personnel-related matters. You have good knowledge of labor law, are confident in administrative tasks, and have an easy time getting into different systems and ways of working.

You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. If you also have experience in payroll administration, service, or support work, we consider it meritorious. Experience with HR systems, such as Workday, is also an advantage.
